Tropical Beauty

Supplies Needed:

Template 55 by Missy, you can find it HERE
Tube or image of choice, I am using the fantastic artwork of Michael Landefeld, you will need a license to use these tubes, find out how HERE
Scrapkit of choice, I am using a great kit by TammyKat called Tropical Breeze, you can find it HERE

Let's Begin!

Open your template
Hit shift d and close the original
Resize all layers to 650x457
Delete credits and background
Go to image, canvas size and change to 675x550 centered
Select oval
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste flowerpaper1 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete oval
Add new layer and move below your oval
Fill with a color of choice from kit
On your oval layer
Select all float and defloat
On your fill layer, go to
Selections Modify Expand by 8
Invert on your fill layer
And hit delete
Select none
Add noise of choice
Select thin rectangle1
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste tealflower2 paper as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete thin rectangle1
Repeat for thin rectangle2
Select background1
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste palmpaper as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete background1
Repeat for background2
Recolor your frame layers the same as your above fill layer
Add noise of choice
Add your tube of choice
Resize and position as desired
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Crop and resize as desired
Add your name and copyright
Resize as desired
Save!

Change to 675x500 centered
Select circle
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper12 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete circle
Select thin rectangles1
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper10 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete thin rectangles1
Select thin rectangles2
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper3 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete thin rectangles2
Select frame background
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper11 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete frame background
Select frame
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper7 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete frame
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Crop and resize as desired
Add your name and copyright
Resize as desired
Save!
