Supplies Needed:

Template 391 by Missy, you can find it HERE
Tube or image of choice, I am using the wonderful artwork of Zlata_M, you must have a license to use these tubes, which you can find out more HERE
Scrapkit of choice, I am using a great kit by Tasha's Playground called Black Ice, you can find it HERE
Plugins: Penta Color Dot and Jeans

Let's Begin!

Open your template
Hit shift d and close the original
Delete by missy and background
Go to image and canvas size and change to 720x650 centered
Now you will need to colorize your merged layer to match your tube/scrapkit
On your thin rectangles, apply penta color dot, change the distance to 8
Select rotated rectangle
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper15 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete rotated rectangle
On your rectangle layer, apply penta jeans, changing amount to 12 and border width to 7
Select circle
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper12 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete circle
Repeat for circle2
Select your frame back layer
With your magic wand, tolerance at 20 and feather at 1, select inside the pink parts
Greyscale them, then colorize to match :)
Now, apply on your recolored layers, go to
Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds
My settings I used are width 3, opacity 14, color black, horizontal ticked, light from left/top NOT ticked
Select none
Magic wand again, select the black parts and apply penta color dot, same settings as before
Select none
