Supplies Needed:

Template 43 by Melissaz Creationz, you can find it HERE
Scrapkit of choice, I am using a great kit by CBT Scraps called Dance Away, you can find it HERE

Let's Begin!

Open your template
Hit shift d and close the original
Delete melissaz creationz and background
Resize all layers to 700 pixels smart size
Colorize the swirls and glitter trails to white
Add noise of choice if desired to swirls
Select squares
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper14 as a new layer
Resize by 25%
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete squares
For resizing purposes and so I don't have to repeat myself, all resizing is at 25% unless otherwise stated for full size kits :)
Select square frames
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper4 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete square frames
Repeat for rectangle frames
Select retangles
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper6 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete rectangles
Select circle
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper16 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete circle
Select circle frame
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper2 as a new layer
I didn't resize this paper but that is up to you and the kit you use
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete circle frame
Paste dance figure 1 as a new layer
Resize by 25%
Add a new layer below this layer
On your figure select all, float, and defloat
Go to selections, modify, and Expand by 6
On your new blank layer fill with white
Select none
Add noise of choice
I added a gaussian blur of 4 as well but that is up to you
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Crop and resize as desired
Add your name and copyright
Resize as desired
Save!

Thanks for trying my tut!
